I'm running windows 7 pro and sfc/scannow would report corruption on 1 file that it could not fix even in safe mode:

I searched your form and found the fix:
[SOLVED] - iasrecst.dll and the malwarebytes oops=corrupt winsxs files
I used the attached script and it fixed my problem. Just wanted to say thanks for the support and solution. When I run sfc/scannow there are no errors reported.
