SFC /Scannow fails to fix integrity violations Win7 X32

Hi All,

SFC / scannow fails to fix integrity violations and SFCfix doesn't find any to fix. Can anyone help me out?

Run the command sfc /scannow in an elevated commandprompt and report the result.
If it fails attach the file cbs.log to yoyr next reply.
