SFC /scannow errors

I am new here. I googled one of the errors in my CBS.log file and it brought me to this forum.

I have run the following:

sfc /scannow
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

My CBS.log contains error that state they cannot be fixed. How do I fix them?

Running Windows 2019 Server Standard.

Hmm, error 0x80090016 means:

  NTE_BAD_KEYSET                                                 winerror.h

This seems to be an Active Directory / Certificate Services issue? Maybe you'll need to renew some CA certificates!
