Try running this command first: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Even if it comes back clean (and it may not, there will likely be errors fixed), then try SFC /SCANNOW again afterward and report back on what happens.
I'm not sure what the rules are on here regadring uploads, but you might want to upload the CBS.log to here, we might be able to figure out the problem from that?
