so far no. but it might cause a problem when run ms patching. and the error still persist after i rebooted the server.

{Registry Hive Recovered} Registry hive (file): '\SystemRoot\System32\Config\SOFTWARE' was corrupted and it has been recovered. Some data might have been lost.

Usually when you get the following error.....

{Registry Hive Recovered} Registry hive (file): '\SystemRoot\System32\Config\SOFTWARE' was corrupted and it has been recovered. Some data might have been lost.

The only thing you can do is to restore this file from a previous backup.

any other option as the backup is corrupted as well. i try copying from other servers but it causing other issues

You copied the SOFTWARE hive from other servers? You should NEVER do this. Your machine is likely unrepairable as a result.

i know. i thought it will works as the server is almost similar in every aspect. thankfully i created a snapshot

Unfortunately if you don't have backups that go back far enough you are left with only a few options.

1. Attempt a repair install of the OS (obviously making sure you have a backup first). If this is a Domain Controller then this is NOT an option.
2. Ignore the error that comes up after reboot and as long as everything works then just hope that all is well.
3. Rebuild the server.

Are you able to restore back to before the following started?

{Registry Hive Recovered} Registry hive (file): '\SystemRoot\System32\Config\SOFTWARE' was corrupted and it has been recovered. Some data might have been lost.
