SfC scannow can't fix errors

Hi i'm running windows 8.1 upgraded from windows 8. I couldn't do some windows updates and i tried sfc /scannow and it couldn't fix some files.

updating post. When I do sfc /scannow I get a message saying it found corrupt files but cant fix it. doing dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth i get error 0x800f06

Thank you so much sfc /scannow now reports no errors. Just another question any ideas why E11 security update kb3049563 can't install? When the computer reboots it says it couldn't apply the update. I never use E11 but I like having everything patched.
 
i never see an error after it fails but with event manager its saying "Package KB3049563 failed to be changed to the Installed state. Status: 0x800f0922."
 
Can you please run Windows update, let it fail, then upload the following:

Convert CBS.log to CBS.txt
  1. Right click on the
    aa922834-ed43-40f1-8830-d5507badb56c_39.jpg
    button
  2. Click on Run => Inside the run box copy and paste the following command:
    Code:
    cmd /c copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"
  3. Press Enter
  4. Once this has completed please go to your Desktop and you will find CBS.txt, please rename this file to CBS_{Insert forum username here}_{insert todays Date here}.txt For example "CBS_Go The Power_1803.txt"
  5. Please upload CBS_{Username}_{Date}.txt to this thread.
