[SOLVED] sfc /scannow can't fix corrupt files and Could not load file or assembly ...

Sup, I'm trying to run sfc /scannow but it's not able able to the following errors:

I don't know it it's related (doubt so, my scan show a lot of mid file) but I also got this error in visual studio 2013 and in some other programs:

so far I've run DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth which said it repaired some things (after uninstalling KB3022345) and I've also ran net framework repair tool and clean up tool (becasue someone suggested net framework was the problem.
