It was attacked by a virus and OEM OS Windows 8 was corrupted. I was provided by a DVD by dell to reinstall Windows but not all the components were functioning. A couple of months ago, I was provided with a Product Key which helped me resolving some of the problems. But still, I was not able to run "Store". It says ÿour PC has run into problem. Refresh it. When I try to refresh, it says, cannot refresh because the drive where Windows is installed is locked. Unlock drive and try again. From Internet, I came to know that, probably, by running "sfc /scannow" I may be able to refresh my PC. I ran the command several times but at last got the message that "CNBJ2350.DBR" cannot be repaired. Then, I came across with tom982's discussion on resolving a similar problem. therefore, I am posting this thread. Can someone extend the help.
