SFC /Scannow cannot fix errors

I'm using windows 7 ultimate 64 bit and just did a sfc scan but being given the error message saying 'Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.' If anyone could help on this will be great appreciated.

Can you please do me a favor and upload the following:

We are trying to get some information to report back to Microsoft:

Windows Update Log

  1. Click on the Start button -> Inside the search box copy and paste the following command
    cmd /c copy %windir%\WindowsUpdate.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\WindowsUpdate.txt"
  2. Please go to your desktop and attach WindowsUpdate.txt to your next post
