SFC /Scannow cannot fix errors

Hello, been having this problem only a few days I think. I have not changed or downloaded any new drivers/programs before this happened. I have run the SFC scan a few times, one of the times it said it was fixed; I then run it later and the problem pops back up. Below I will post my SFCdetails.txt

I'm running a recently built rig with Windows 8.1 64 bit
Any help to finally fix these files would be much appreciated, thank-you
