SFC/SCANNOW and SFCfix couldn't repair corrupt files

I have attached the CBS.zip and SFCfix.txt files for your consideration. I am still getting "unable to fix corrupt files" errors. Please help...and why the ignoring duplicate(s) lines in the CBS.log?
