sfc /scannow and dism fails. Win10 Pro 64bit

Hi All, I badly need help. I have one user's laptop that is failing a sfc /scannow and DISM.

I have tried "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" and it stops at 86.9% and gave me error code 0x800f0954.
Then I downloaded the Win 10 Image from Microsoft website and extracted the install.wim for my version.
Then, tried running "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:WIM:c:\install.wim:1 /LimitAccess" and gave me the error 0x800f081f. The source files could not be found. (even though the path is correct).
Tried checking the cbs.log file and i saw this:

Any idea how to proceed for this? thanks in advanced.

I tried to run the SFCFix today. It gave me the error "SFCFix has crashed". I typed 'y' to submit a crash report.

wow. sfc /scannow completed 100% without any integrity violations. like a magic!

The issue is resolved now!! :)
sfc /scannow and Dism RestoreHealth have completed successfully.
The script provided here and the .exe by Niemiro was the ultimate solution to the issue that not any google search 'solutions' can provide.
Its beyond me really.
