SFC scan detects corrupt files, unable to fix.

I have done a SFCfix scan:

AutoAnalysis::
SUMMARY: No corruptions were detected.
AutoAnalysis:: directive completed successfully.

Attached is the CBS logfile.

Please provide additional information. Which version of windows are you running? Do the following before posting reply? run SFCFix.exe again, SFCFix.exe creates a log, please attach. Also download the appropriate, (to your operating system) version of Windows System Update Readiness Tool CLICK HERE and run it. It takes quite some time to complete and seems to hang, but be patient it will complete. Logs located at C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\ CheckSUR.log CheckSUR.persist.log Please post these logs with SFCFix log.
