After reading lots of posts here about sfc errors, I checked my notes because several Windows patches cause false positives.
KB3022345 was released several times in May 2016 and the first four versions had problems.

Then another thread mentions a second update causing the same problem, KB3068708
Updates KB3022345, KB3068708 breaks clean sfc /scannow - Windows 7
Checking if either or both updates are installed and removing them might fix some of the sfc problems.
