SFC issues not fixed with SFCFix.exe

Have been trying to update my windows 8.1 hp pavillion 15 laptop to windows 10 but the upgrade would always fail. Following advice I found on various threads I uninstalled AVG and tried again with no success. Believing that the problem may relate to system drivers, I ran sfc /scannow which highlighted some issues. I used SFCFix which reports that it fixed 1 issue and has 6 remaining. Below is text from SFCFix. I am having some problems uploading the cbs zip file, but will try in separate message. Any help with my issues is appreciated.

SFCFix - Fix Time

Follow the instructions below to download and execute a SFCFix fix, and provide the log.
  • Download SFCFix and move the executable on your Desktop;
  • Download the attached SFCFix.zip and move the archive to your Desktop;
    Note: Make sure that the file is named SFCFix.zip, do not rename it.
  • Save any work you have open, and close every programs;
  • Drag the SFCFix.zip archive file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it;
