[SOLVED] SFC HELP

Hi,
I was getting a verbal error: runtime error 9 ; subscript out of range error at startup.
And I tought I might have broke it with uninstalling or deleting something.
And ran sfc /scannow. And It returned this error : Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of th
em.
And the error is still happening. How can i fix the SFC error?
My CBS folder:
CBS

I am running win 8. And I am running cmd as administratror.

I tryed it and ended up with:
SFCFix.txt
Is it good? cause it says couldn't fix some errors. can someone look at that?

Looks good, are you still experiencing the error? The other file that can't be repaired is paint.lnk

If you aren't experiencing any problems with it that can probably be ignored.

I still get this:
Verbal error

Try performing a clean boot to see what program could be giving you this error. Its usually due to some startup program.
