SFC Fix has crashed

I have ran SFC Scan and getting errors that it can not fix. Log has been attached. So I ran SFC Fix and it crashes with this error: Something has gone horribly wrong and SFCFix has crashed. Would you like SFCFix to submit a crash report to the developer so that this problem can be fixed? Type "y" for yes or "n" for no and press enter to continue: Any ideas?
