Sfc fix hangs at 20% unable to update to W10

Sfc fix unable to fix corrupt files

HI there, the last few days I was trying to install Windows 10 and kept faling. I was getting a 80070002 error. I looked it up and long story short I ran a sfc scan and then a sfc fix. this is what I get...now what do I do???
