Hi team,
I'm hoping someone can help.

Issues started with random BSODs (i've tested my hardware to the best of my ability and it all appears ok)

I followed instructions to try to repair windows using scannow /sfc and then following windows directions using DISM
I kept getting a
DISM (Error 0x800f081f)
error even after I downloaded the windows image and extracted the correct (hopefully) WIM file and tried the repairs using the local image but still had the same issues.

Then have tried SFCfix but that too is reporting an error.

SFCFix version by niemiro has encountered an unhandled exception.
Currently storing 0 datablocks.

Could someone please let me know if you are able to help me rectify the issues I am having?

Thanks in advance.

Also - although the SFCFix log was generated the window that SFCfix had opened is still open and appears stuck at 85.2%
with this on the screen
Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
Version: 10.0.17763.1

Image Version: 10.0.17763.737

Use the "Source" option to specify the location of the files that are required to restore the feature. For more information on specifying a source location, see Configure a Windows Repair Source.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

SFCFix Script

Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.

 1. Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop.
 2. Download the file below, SFCFix.zip, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it.
 3. Save any open documents and close all open windows.
 4. On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip.
 5. Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
 6. SFCFix will now process the script.
 7. Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
 8. Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please - put

tags around the log to break up the text.

Afterwards, run DISM again and attach CBS.log.
