Hi,

Can you upload your CBS folder to us for me:

SFCFix CBS Collection

  1. Download SFCFix.exe using the following link and save the tool to your Desktop: [sfcfixdownload]Download SFCFix[/sfcfixdownload]
  2. Download SFCFix.txt and save this to your Desktop as well: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u.../Scripts/~Generic/Collect/CBS/SFCFix.txt?dl=1
  3. On your Desktop, you should now see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.txt.
  4. Drag the file SFCFix.txt onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
  5. SFCFix will now begin to upload your CBS logfiles to our server.

Thanks.

Regards,
Stephen

Hi Stephen,
Followed your instructions, hopefully the file has been sent but the exe file is telling me that the Script blocked.

Chris

Was the message "Detected logfile supplied as script. Script blocked" per chance? I think there's a bug with SFCFix... Here's the old fashioned way of doing it, if the file is too large you can upload it to Dropbox or another free file sharing site.

Export CBS folder

  1. Browse to the folder C:\Windows\Logs
  2. Right-click on the CBS folder, and select Copy.
  3. Go back to your Desktop, right-click on it, and select Paste. You should now see a copy of the CBS folder appear on your Desktop called CBS.
  4. Right-click on this new folder, and navigate through Send to, and select Compressed (zipped) folder.
  5. A new file, also called CBS (CBS.zip), but this time with a different icon, will be created.
  6. Attach this new file to your next post.

i do not have access to the image link you have sent me reply to thread or quick reply are my only options, on the go advanced tab there is an attachment tab but it does not copy my cbs zip file

I'm not sure why you experienced a problem uploading and attaching the file to your post as it's only 5.5 MB - far below our zip file max size limit.

I attached the zip file to this post.

Hi,

The corruption detected by SFCFix has been automatically repaired:

Code:
=================================
Checking System Update Readiness.

(p) CSI Payload Corrupt (Fixed) amd64_prncacla.inf_31bf3856ad364e35_6.3.9600.16384_none_9590ba64d5b91f79\Amd64\CNBJ2530.DPB

Summary:
Operation: Detect and Repair
Operation result: 0x0
Last Successful Step: Entire operation completes.
Total Detected Corruption: 1
    CBS Manifest Corruption: 0
    CBS Metadata Corruption: 0
    CSI Manifest Corruption: 0
    CSI Metadata Corruption: 0
    CSI Payload Corruption: 1
Total Repaired Corruption: 1
    CBS Manifest Repaired: 0
    CSI Manifest Repaired: 0
    CSI Payload Repaired: 1
    CSI Store Metadata refreshed: True

Total Operation Time: 166 seconds.

If you run SFC again, it should report no issues. Is your 0xc000007b issue fixed? If not, could you please give me the whole error message/screenshot of the error.
