My system is a laptop and I upgraded to Windows 10 many years ago. A month ago I had a serious hard disk failure and I backed up and restore the whole image to a new SSD. I find that some files may be corrupted recently and I cannot execute a Windows Update with error 0x800700c1.
I ran an SFC scan in Command Prompt, the response is "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service."
I then ran a DISM, the quick response is " .... Error: 193 %1 is not a valid Win32 application ... "
I have also run SFCFix and the report is enclosed.

Hopefully, you can solve my problems as soon as possible.
