[SOLVED] SFC failed SFCfix crashes

As above I still have corruptions. SFCfix crashed 4 times on my Windows 10 Version 10.0.19045.4412.
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth says no problems.
Attached are the files requested.

Step 1. Download

SFCFix and save it to your desktop.

Warning: This fix was written specifically for this system. Do not run this fix on another system.
  • Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
  • Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it to your desktop.
  • Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

  • SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
  • Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.


Step 2. Run the System File Checker and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.

Tried that and got this in CMD:

"Welcome to SFCFix by niemiro and sysnative.com.

Checking for updates . . .
No new update is available at this time.

Detected logfile supplied as script. Script blocked.
Press any key to exit . . ."

I don't know enough about Window 10 to allow scripts.
 
OK, got it to run. Disabled Defender.
SFC ran and found no corruptions. File attached.
SFCFix still wont run, keeps crashing.

Hi,

You can ignore that error of SFCFix, please run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.
