[SOLVED] SFC Errors. Please help!

The error is usually waiting for me when I wake up... nothing yet so far =) And i think I did use the registry cleaner by direction of a guy I went to school with. He helped me with a few things when I was having other issues, but his guidance was " download this tool, download that tool" lol.

I sincerely appreciate all of the time you spent helping me.Thanks! I will let you know if anything comes up again.
