Hi and welcome to Sysnative. The easiest and best way to fix your Start Menu is to install Window 10 right over Windows 10. No data or programs will be lost in the process.
1. Download and Run the Media Creation Tool. Note: When you get to this page, click the Download Tool Now link.
2. Accept the License terms when prompted.
3. Select "Upgrade this PC now" and go through the prompts.
When it is complete, your system should be fully functional again.
