sfc & dism problem

Hi,
last week i had a problem with my hdd so i repalce it after cloning "sector by sector"
I do that because I work remote to the target pc
after I boot up my second HDD drive access denied ... i try to replace ownership but after I restart it return to access denied so I tried to do dism & sfc
dism and sfc failed to repair so I use sfcfix
