SFC detected corrupt files but unable to fix

Hi I am trying to update my Windows and I keep getting a fail to install. I have ran a sfc scan and it showed
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some
of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
supported in offline servicing scenarios.

Below I have included the CBS logs can someone please help me fix these issues.

Do you still need assistance to resolve this problem? If so, provide me a copy of the CBS folder.

• Open Windows Explorer and browse to the C:\Windows\Logs folder.
• Right-click on the CBS folder and choose Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder.
• Now the message will appear, "Windows cannot create the Compressed (zipped) Folder here. Do you want it to be placed on the desktop instead?"
• Click on the Yes button here.

• Post the zipfile (CBS.zip) as attachment in your next reply.
