[SOLVED] SFC Corruption

Just a little background before I post my logs: Only some of my icons on the taskbar are showing up (as well as in the hidden icons area), plus the sound icon is showing but the audio service is not running. I had uninstalled AVG to do a system restore (just disabling it was still blocking the restore for some reason) and now I can't open it or even turn on Windows Defender. I also can't open Windows Update.

I've run AVG, Spybot, and MBAM to no avail. When restarting it says it is trying to close the Task Host Window (which is trying to close programs). Clicking Restart Anyway makes the restart take 5+ minutes, whereas it usually only takes around 10-15 seconds. I'm curious to know if these corruptions are causing this to happen. CBS Log is attached, SFCFix Log is below.

Hi and welcome to Sysnative. Sorry for the delay. The two corruptions that reference telemetry files can safely be ignored. They are basically a false/positive. Microsoft knows about this and is working to resolve. They don't impact the operation of your machine. If you still need assistance, please let us know. Thanks.
