[SOLVED] SFC Corruption / DISM Error 0x800f0906 SFCFix.exe did not repair

Both SFC /Scannow and DISM /online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth return corrupted results and are unable to repair. DISM produced error code 0x800f0906. I have run SFCFix.exe but it did not repair. In the past, I have run chkdsk /f /f /x and it solved the problem. However, I did that to no avail. I am running Windows 8.1 Pro (64 bit). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
