Hi guys. I encountered some corrupt files upon a sfc scan and some of corrupt files cannot be fixed. I tried DISM but still cannot fix the corruptions. The CBS log for the most recent SFC scan is at below. I also tried SFCfix and for the first time it processes halfway until it crashed, and future tries all crash immediately, log is as such:

Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop.
Download the file below, SFCFix.zip, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it.
Save any open documents and close all open windows.
On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip.
Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
SFCFix will now process the script.
Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please - put [CODE][/CODE] tags around the log to break up the text.

I did DISM scan And DISM restore and the DISM logs are as below, also CBS logs too.Relevant ones are the 2019-09-14 ones. Should i do SFC scan or SFCfix after this?

I would recommend you upgrade your system to the latest available version using Media Creation Tool:
Download the Media Creation Tool and save this to your desktop. Go ahead and run this as well. Note: Click the Download tool now button when you get to this link.
Accept the License Agreement
Download the ISO file to your desktop.
Double-click on the ISO and then run the setup to try and upgrade your machine.
We want to get the ISO so that you don't have to keep downloading which can take hours.
