Sfc corrupted files / sfcfix crashes

Hello, i am having some troubles with my pc with random freezes and sometimes random restarts.
So, i tried everything in windows update posting instructions and i got the below results:

I tried then to run the sfcfix.exe but unfortunately got an error aswell.
I would like to mention that i am not even able to install even that voice package that i really need for a speech to text project i am working on at the time.

Hello, i did what the instructions said and got 0x800f081f error in SFCfix and it says that i need to provide a source for the particular feature.
I am a completely newbie when it comes to windows and even reading the link that was provided by SFCfix couldn't proceed further.
That's why am asking for your help if it's possible!
I will provide the cbs.log aswell.
