Hello,
Thank you so much for your assistance.
I downloaded and ran the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) for my 64-bit Windows.
Attached you'll find the CheckSUR.log file.
Kind Regards,

I just ran sfc /sannow and it finally comes up error free after running the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) .
I am very grateful to you for solving this frustrating problem for me after all previous suggestions on the internet were to no avail.
Super thanks!

Glad to hear that fixed it :)

I'll mark the thread solved. If you encounter any problems, please post back and I'll continue to assist you.
