Sfc Clean, DISM 0x800f081f, have good install.wim, wrong index #?

Hi,
I checked Sfc /scannow and it shows clean. DISM shows the error. Dism---CheckHealth shows things are repairable, as does ScanHealth. Dism will not download.

I have Exported install.wim, Index 2 from Retail Install disk. Have downloaded Windows media install ISO, mounted it, and Exported install.wim Index 2 from that. Nothing seems to work, even though sfc says things are Repairable.

I would Refresh, or Repair, or format, of something else, I am getting frustrated, but one thing I see that could be a big problem.

Every time I try to export an install.wim file, I designate Index 2. That is the correct number. When I Get Info after the export, It shows the index # 1. If DISM--RestoreHealth /Source:C:--, is looking for index 2, and the number of the index is 1, no go.

Any ideas please ?

Thank you so much. At the moment, it is in the middle of the afternoon. Warmest part of the day. Mid-East, Eastern shore USA. Meaning Snow.
All that means this is about the best time to get out, dig a trench to it and to un-bury my car.

I'm in Florida so.... We have white sand, which kind of looks like snow. Hahaha. :D

Currently 47F or 8.3C windy. This is cold for us.
