[SOLVED] SFC can't repair system files-Windows 8.1 Update 3 - amd64

Hi, .

I have a lot of trouble with win8.1 machine. I hope everyone to help me solve the problem.

I'm trying to fix system files with SFC and DISM but no success... SFC says it can't fix the files, and DISM says while working from sources that it can't find the source files.
Windows Update doesn't work too, it seems to have been completely destroyed.

I fixed it with sfcfix.exe, but still can't fix.

Here is the txt file's content that it opens in the end:

After SFCFix,I run SFC scan.It fixed other files.

At last,I ran SFC scan again,it shows "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations"

I think it should have been completely fixed.
