Issue was reported to me by a product support tech who would not go any further since it now is an - operating system error. He reported that sfc /scannow found corruptions that it could not fix and consistently stopping at 17%I have run sfc /scannow. I attempted SFCFIX and inserted the (Dell) Windows 7 SP1 32bit OS dvd when requested but it could not process the correction. sfcfix guided me here. Please HELP!
