[SOLVED] SFC can't fix file

SFC cant fix a file.
I ran this tool, SFCFix and got this report.
Any help really appreciated...

so i remove that file.
Do a search and the file is not there. (To be sure)
Make a new empty CBS.log file reboot and rescan and it still shows the same as if the file is there..
