Win 8 Pro.
Windows updates no longer install. It goes through the process on reboot, gets a good way into it and then says there is an issues and reverts back. New updates are being stacked on and the process is taking longer and longer, but always fails. I had to turn auto updates off to stop this process.
From reading the forums it looks like I have a rather common win 8 ownership error of dir AMD64.
"[SR] Cannot repair member file [l:36{18}]"Amd64\CNBJ2530.DPB" of prncacla.inf, Version = 6.2.9200.16430, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_AMD64 (9), Culture neutral, VersionScope = 1 nonSxS, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, Type = [l:24{12}]"driverUpdate", TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral in the store, hash mismatch"
Attached is the CBS File with CBS LOG from scan. (I had to remove a few CABS as file was too large to upload)View attachment 6239
Thank you in advance for the assistance.
