[SOLVED] SFC and Windows Update not working

SFC fails a 15%. Windows update throws out the 8007371B error. I've tried a system restore and SURT as well. The SURT looks like it's stalled around 85%. What do I do to get these issues fixed?

I don't know if this will work but I'm uploading the component.zip from the hive since this has to do with the 8007371B error.

You can close this thread. I did a repair reinstall and windows updates are working now.
