SFC and System Update readiness tool unable to fix corruptions, Please Advise.

So I ran SFCFix and here are my logs. It says I have file corruptions that it is unable to fix, next I ran the System Update Readiness tool, and then I also ran SFCFix....

Let's get a fresh SURT log. If you still have the readiness tool, just run it again and attach C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log when it completes.
