Z zbook Member Joined Oct 2, 2015 Posts 919 Sep 25, 2020 #2 1) Run the Sysnative log collector and upload results into this thread: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions - Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7 + Vista 2) Find a flash drive that you can format (> or = 8 GB) 3) Create a bootable Windows 10 iso 2004: Download Windows 10 Download Windows 10 ISO File Create Bootable USB Flash Drive to Install Windows 10 4) Uninstall any non-Microsoft: a) antivirus b) firewall c) drive encryption 5) Place the computer in clean boot: Perform a Clean Boot in Windows 10 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts 6) Disconnect the computer from the internet (Ethernet and wireless) 7) Decline updates during the repair 8) Perform an in place upgrade repair: Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade
