Severe lag and connectivity issues after recent windows update

Recently updated Windows 10 and have been having multiple problems. I've had problems with Windows updates before, blue screen of death, but it was solved when I ran sfc /scannow. The most recent update has given me severe lag and connection issues. I use Opera GX as my browser and it takes at least a minute or longer for any searches to fully load, YouTube videos take even longer to load and are in low quality, Discord constantly having connection issues and severe delay/lag, and the few games I play have constant connectivity issues. It's been like this for about a week or two. I've tried running sfc /scannow again, but no luck. I have tried deleting any recent programs, running chkdsk, ran mdsched.exe and deleting files in my temp folders. None of these have solved my issues and I was wondering if there was anything more I could do or if I should just reinstall Windows completely.
