[SOLVED] Servicing stack updates are failing to install on Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1

I have a Windows 2008 R2 SP1 server that is failing to install the servicing stack updates for months now with the error code 80092004.
Other Windows updates are installing fine. I went through all the recommended instructions running the SFC scan, SURT scan and running your tool the SFC fix but the updates will still not install.

Hi, thanks for the link. The servicing stack update from March 12, 2019 installed but the other SHA-2 code signing update from the link was already installed. I then installed the most recent servicing stack update from November, then the latest cumulative update. Everything is good with updates. Thanks very much for your help.
