Server not taking monthly rollups

Hi Guys, I have couple of servers that are not taking any of the rollsups at all, every other updates install correctly but the monthly ones fail. As far back as i can go its been like this, I have checked the updates through PS (Get-Hotfix) and went through them 1 by 1 lol and could not see any in there. Is there something i'm missing or should be doing as im at a loss.

Hi Guys just a quicl update I have ran SFC /Scannow no issues detected and ran SFCFix. It looks to have not dectected any issues as well, I can upload CBS.logs if that would help.
