Tried multiple things but nothing seems to work, just wont install windows updates.

step 1

sfc /scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.

The system file repair changes will take effect after the next reboot.

Step 2

C:\Users\Administrator>Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
Version: 10.0.20348.681

Image Version: 10.0.20348.1607

The source files could not be found.
Use the "Source" option to specify the location of the files that are required to restore the feature. For more information on specifying a source location, see Configure a Windows Repair Source.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

Step 3

Loading registry hive from C:\Windows\System32\config\COMPONENTS
Hive is currently in use, making backup copy
Parsing loaded hive, please wait...
Sequence numbers do not match! Hive is dirty and the transaction logs should be reviewed for relevant data!
Hive parsed successfully - found 116,680 keys and 245,739 values
Starting corruption scan
Sequence mismatch! Primary = 37637. Secondary = 37636
Scanning CanonicalData\Catalog for corruptions
Scanning CanonicalData\Deployments for corruptions
Scanning DerivedData\Components for corruptions
Scanning VersionedIndex\...\ComponentFamilies for corruptions
Checking WinSxS catalogs against CanonicalData\Catalogs
Checking WinSxS components against DerivedData\Components
Checking f! marks
Checking manifests
Found 553 inconsistencies between WinSxS and COMPONENTS hive
Checking for malformed Deployment keys
Checking CatalogThumbprints & c! marks
553 warnings detected
Generating report
Archiving previous report C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\ComponentsScanner.txt to C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Sysnative\ComponentsScanner\Reports\ComponentsScanner_06_26_2023_12_31_15.txt

Hi and welcome to Sysnative,

Please download the SFCFix.zip here: SFCFix.zip (This because it is too big to attach).

Step 1. Download
56f31e53c97da-SFCFix.PNG
SFCFix and save it to your desktop.

Warning: This fix was written specifically for this system. Do not run this fix on another system.
  • Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
  • Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it to your desktop.
  • Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

  • SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
  • Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.
Code:
DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
