[SOLVED] Server 2022 - error 0x800f081f + 0x80070643

Hi

I running windows update issues on a Windows server 2022 VM.

I run SFC and DISM command that ended successfully but issue still present :



Here OS details :



I uploaded in attachment CBS, Component and Components scanner result.

If anything missing that could help feel free to ask.

I would be greatfull if you can help to point where the issue in order sort ou it

Hello

I followed this thread to hide KB5034439 : Issues with KB5034439 on Windows Server 2022? This is how you can temporarily hide this update.

Then I ran :
- DISM /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /SCANHEALTH
- DISM /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /CHECKHEALTH
- DISM /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /RESTOREHEALTH
- Sfc /Scannow

All completed without error and I restard the VM.

Unfortunately the issue still present for July cumulative update with 0x800f081f error.

Any help would be appreciated

Now it fails but error code is different (0x800f0831).

Please upload a new copy of the COMPONENTS hive.

Upload your COMPONENTS hive.

• Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Config and locate the COMPONENTS file.
• Please copy this file to your desktop.
• Note: If you receive an error that this file is in-use, simply reboot your computer and try again.
• Right-click on this file on your desktop and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder. This will create a file named COMPONENTS.ZIP on your desktop.
• If the file is too large to upload here, upload the file to www.wetransfer.com and post the link in your next reply.
