Server 2022 - Cannot install updates

Hi
I have a problem with my Server 2022 servers. They are all installed from same template, and I am unable to install updates.
None of the cumulative updates will install.
For example KB5015879.
Can some kind soul please help me?

I will attach clean CBS.log from just trying to install this KB5015879:

Sorry that previous didnt produce the error.
I ran the previous CU and now have a CBS.log with the error.

I always get this error. Seems the problem could be related to this file?

Step 2. Upload your COMPONENTS hive.
  • Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Config and locate the COMPONENTS file.

  • Note: If you receive an error that this file is in-use, simply reboot your computer and try again.
  • Right-click on this file on your desktop and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder. This will create a file named COMPONENTS.ZIP on your desktop.
  • If the file is too large to upload here, upload the file to www.wetransfer.com and post the link in your next reply.
