Server 2019 wont update; SFC fails

Good evening, I have a Server 2019 (build 1809) box that has long refused to install Windows updates, and as part of the troubleshooting effort I noticed that DISM health checks are successful (ie, no reported corruption) but SFC checks fail. The system works fine otherwise. Thanks for the help in advance and let me know if you need anything else from the system.
