[SOLVED] Server 2019 RDS Winlogon 4005 Blackscreen after 9 sessions

Hello,
i have problem with windows 2019 standard that only 9 rds sessions can be created after that next rdp session gets just black screen and disconnect after few seconds. With error code EVENT LOGWINlogon EVENT ID 4005 The Windows logon process has unexpectedly terminated. After server restart

What ive tried:

deleting the HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Enum\TERMINPUT_BUS\UMB\ link
rdp trasport protocol only tcp
sfc scan
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
tried to compare registry from working server Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\RDPUDD\Device0
tried importing TermService from working server
reinstalling session host feature

SFC Scan

nevermind seems to be solved with adding reg key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\HungAppTimeout - REG_SZ Value: 30000
