On Windows Server 2019 (Version 10.0.17763.3406), when running DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth I am receiving Error: 0x800f081f. I have tried this multiple ways using multiple different sources (different Windows Server 2019 installation discs), but it always ends with Error: 0x800f081f.

I have attached the CBS logs, any help is appreciated. Thank you.
