server 2016 windows update error

Hello,

I'm facing issue installing KB5028169 on windows server 2016. Something seems to be messed up with the server. Our vulnerability scan reports issues that are already fixed by the previous patch as still present. I tried applying latest patch, but facing one or the other error problem with device files.
First i had issue with cpu.inf file. I copied it from another system to get past that error. Now it complains about usbxhci.inf file.
The issue is that, the original folder usbxhci.inf_amd64_6be82e781003e0ac is not present in the system. I'm not able to locate this folder in any other system.
Even if i fix this, the update might fail for another file later.
Just wondering if i could get any help here.

Upload the setupapi.dev.log file

• Open Windows Explorer and browse to the C:\Windows\INF folder.
• Right-click on the file setupapi.dev.log and choose Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder.
• Now the message will appear, "Windows cannot create the Compressed (zipped) Folder here. Do you want it to be placed on the desktop instead?"
• Click on the Yes button here.
