Server 2016 not taking updates since Oct 2021

We have a server not taking updates any longer. Looks to have a corrupt manifest. I thought it would be as simple as copying the file over from a working server but no luck. Attached are the log files.

Hello MrTy405,

Please provide all the CBS logs so that I can look back at the earlier errors. The easiest way to do this is as follows:

1. Right-click on the CBS folder, and select Copy.
2. Go back to your Desktop, right-click on it, and select Paste. You should now see a copy of the CBS folder appear on your Desktop called CBS.
3. Right-click on this new folder, and navigate through Send to, and select Compressed (zipped) folder.
4. A new file, also called CBS (CBS.zip), but this time with a different icon, will be created on your desktop.
5. Please upload it to a file sharing service and provide the link to it in your next reply. Examples of services to upload to are Dropbox or OneDrive or SendSpace
